Richard has extensive experience of Development Planning. He has managed a wide range of environmental assessments of major infrastructure projects including light rail, airport, waste water treatment plants and overhead electricity transmission lines. He has also prepared strategies for environmental improvement and recreation provision and feasibility studies to accompany funding bids and support planning applications. He acts as a consents officer for National Grid.

Simon has over 15 years experience as a professional archaeologist. He is responsible for advising largely private sector clients on all aspects of archaeology within the planning process. He has managed a diverse range of projects from new settlements and distribution parks to highway schemes, quarries, cemetery extensions and power stations. He has also presented expert evidence at Public Inquiry.

Paul has a background in commercial field archaeology and has worked on and directed excavations of all periods, from the Palaeolithic to the post medieval, in many locations across the British Isles. He has wide experience in the production of archaeological desk-based assessments, written schemes of investigation and providing advice to clients on a wide range of archaeological issues.

Michael has a wide range of experience gained from working on various types of projects predominately in the private sector. These include numerous housing schemes , Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessments, development site appraisals and option appraisals. Preparation and submission of Retail and Leisure schemes, mixed-use applications for employment/leisure uses and written representations to Local Development Framework Documents.
