CgMs provided assisted in securing planning permission for the erection of a 3713sq m foodstore for Asda. The site forms part of the wider RAF Quedgeley development site for which the original outline permission allocated this land for employment uses B1 and B8.

CgMs successfully won an appeal against the Council’s refusal for an extension to the existing Retail Park.
The scheme for an additional 3,000m2 of retail warehousing involves the re-development of existing employment land and the relocation of the existing industrial firm, Drallim Industries, to new premises in nearby Hastings.
