CgMs Ltd has been advising Norwich Union Life and Pensions Ltd on Chesterford Research Park since it was acquired in 2000. Located between Cambridge and Saffron Walden, Chesterford Research Park is based around a Victorian mansion and in a parkland setting.

Dean Street, London

76 Dean Street is a Grade II* listed building located within Soho Conservation Area that was severely damaged and partially destroyed by fire in July 2009. The clients desire was to restore the original frontage building and demolish the rear element and replace with a 4 storey extension, in order to bring the site back into active commercial use.
