Historic Buildings Research

Historic Buildings has an in-house team of experienced researchers dedicated to investigating the architectural and historical backgrounds of each site. Their extensive and thorough utilisation of documentary sources, including title deeds, maps, plans, inventories and photographs, have resulted in direct impacts upon the direction of proposals and often form the backbone of robust lines of argument. The research team also offers a stand-alone research service to investigate and present the history of buildings.

The Research Team draw on their extensive and varied experience in the academic and archive sectors.
