Bramshill House
CgMs Consulting provided key services in the assessment and understanding of this Grade I listed Jacobean Mansion. The house, presently used as a police training college, was subject to a conservation plan to inform its future management and approach to maintenance.

Hereford Square
CgMs’ Historic Buildings Team successfully secured the de-listing of the above 1950s property on behalf of the owner. The property had been added Grade II to the statutory list in May 2007 though it was alleged that EH had failed to consult the owner prior to the listing of the property.
