We undertake all applications that add value to our commercial clients – ranging from vary planning conditions enabling occupation of specific industrial/office use or other uses such as trade counter sales to the development of new bespoke office and business space.
The team benefits from a strategic alliance which CgMs has with Cushman and Wakefield, thereby ensuring that our advice fully reflects the commercial realities and viability as dictated by prevailing property market conditions.

A planning assessment of the prospects of obtaining planning permission for the sought office, industrial and warehouse use(s).
The planning strategy to maximise the prospects of obtaining the sought permissions.
Acting as the planning manager so as to lead the planning negotiations and to co-ordinate other specialist consultants.
Project management of environmental impact assessments and management of the specialist consultants involved.
If necessary acting as the expert planning witness at planning appeal as well as directly instructing Counsel.
