CgMs Tender Success

CgMs Ltd have been appointed to provide the Metropolitan Police’s Property Services Department with town planning and historic building advice across its London Property Estate. This followed a competitive tender in which 60 other consultancies bid for the work.

The 6 million square feet of existing floorspace in over 380 operational buildings across the Greater London area offers a diverse range of challenges.  Our appointment as strategic planning advisors to the MPA will also ensure that policing needs are fully integrated in the regeneration of the Thames Gateway in London in readiness for the 2012 Olympic Games."
