CgMs Experience
CgMs has extensive experience and expertise in dealing with matters relating to the environmental effects of new development. Our planning services include the preparation of applications for screening opinions, scoping reports and Environmental Statements, the project management of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs), and the review of EIAs, Strategic Environmental Assessments and Sustainability Appraisals.
Our EIA planning team has a thorough knowledge of Environmental Planning Law and relevant case work and can provide advice on a range of environmental matters. They will ensure that environmental considerations are properly assessed at the appropriate planning stages in order to smooth the way through the planning process.
In addition, our specialist archaeology, listed building and conservation teams can provide expertise in these particular areas where applicable.
