CgMs is number one in the Planning magazine’s league for the largest commercial planning permission, a 562,000m2 logistics scheme in the green belt and without a public inquiry.

Construction of an Inland Port (Strategic Rail Freight Interchange) with an intermodal logistics terminal, rail and road access new rail line, construction of new junction on M18 and first section of FARRRS, the new access road from Doncaster to the airport. The scheme will provide significant economic regeneration benefits for Rossington ( a coal mining town) and for Doncaster.

The site is totally in the green belt and it was granted by the local authority, Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council without a call in or public and inquiry and with only 2 objections. This is one of he largest green belt decisions ever granted. Development is now underway.
